    An introduction to Charles Conder, his association with bohemian Paris and the Moulin Rouge followed by a special 35mm film screening of Moulin Rouge 2001 directed by Baz Lurhman. (M)

  • Bohemian Rhapsody
    Enter the world of the bohemian artist through the life and work of Charles Conder, examining its influence on the artist, the audience and their relationship from the turn of the 19th century to the present day.

    $6 per student (includes exhibition entry all day)

Studio Session: Portrait of the Student as a Young Artist
Investigate the self-portrait and portrait of the artist through works in the Charles Conder Retrospective and the Gallery's permanent collection, followed by a Studio Session incorporating music and costume while experimenting with different approaches to portraiture and drawing.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10.30am - 12.30pm & 12.30 - 2.30pm for the duration of the exhibition.
$195 per group of 15 or less (includes exhibition entry all day)
